JOB DESCRIPTION \xef\x81\xac We are looking for a reliable Health & Safety Officer to make sure that everyone complies with health and safety regulations at site. \xef\x81\xac You will be establishing policies and SOP that will help create as well as maintain a safe and secure place of work. \xef\x81\xac Your objective will be to ensure that the workplace meets all the legal requirements and actively supports occupational safety and health. \xef\x81\xac If you are ready to take up these duties and responsibilities of a Health and Safety Officer, then apply right away. Responsibilities \xef\x81\xac Supervise and implement safety plans as per the life first company\xe2\x80\x99s guidelines at site. \xef\x81\xac Guide employees on best safety practices on the site. \xef\x81\xac Assess the the risks/identify the hazards of various activities happening on the site. \xef\x81\xac Conduct safety presentations and training to employees on health and safety topics along with accident prevention at site. \xef\x81\xac Monitor compliance with laws and policies by inspecting workforce and operations. \xef\x81\xac Inspect the protective equipment to examine potential hazardous material. \xef\x81\xac Investigate incidents or accidents to discover root causes to prevent the recurrence. \xef\x81\xac Recommend solutions that help improve safety culture at site or take new prevention measures. \xef\x81\xac You will report to HSE manager. Requirements \xef\x81\xac IOSH/NEBOSH/Diploma in Industrial/Construction safety. \xef\x81\xac Must having 1-3 years work experience as a Health and Safety professional or a similar role. \xef\x81\xac Valid accreditation in occupational health and safety certification. \xef\x81\xac Good understanding of legal safety and health guidelines \xef\x81\xac Solid knowledge of risk assessment and data analysis. \xef\x81\xac Exceptional oral and written communication skills. \xef\x81\xac Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks. \xef\x81\xac Exceptional customer service skills. \xef\x81\xac A keen eye on details. \xef\x81\xac Good time management skills. \xef\x81\xac Must having good knowledge of MS Office/Excel/Power Point Job Type: Full-time Salary: 920,000.00 - 940,000.00 per month Schedule:
