Safety Officer
Job Description
We are seeking a Safety Supervisor/Officer with a Diploma in Fire And Safety Management with at least 2 years of industrial experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with safety standards and proper use of PPE on-site.
Implement and monitor Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) guidelines.
Conduct daily toolbox talks and safety training for site labor.
Conduct risk assessments to prevent future incidents.
Maintain Occupational Health Center requirements and fire emergency preparedness.
Coordinate with client and project manager on safety matters.
Maintain and ensure all safety documentation is in order.
Qualifications:
Diploma in Fire and Safety Management.
2+ years of relevant experience in construction or power plant industry.
Knowledge of safety regulations under The Factories Act.
Ability to commute/relocate
