Shivam Condev Private Limited is seeking a highly experienced Safety Incharge for our Chandikhol-Paradeep road project. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing all safety-related activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations, conducting risk assessments, and implementing safety policies to ensure a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement safety management plans for the project.
• Monitor and enforce safety protocols and regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards.
• Train and educate the workforce on safety measures and emergency procedures.
• Investigate accidents or incidents to identify root causes and preventive measures.
• Maintain safety records and documentation.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in safety management, specifically in road construction projects.
• Knowledge of safety regulations, risk assessment, and accident prevention techniques.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
