JOB REQUIREMENTS -

• Post Diploma In Industrial Safety - From Regional Labor Institute.
• Min. 1 year of experience in Safety.

KNOWLEDGE/EXPERTISE AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY -

• Creates & Delivers Value to Market.
• Maintain Zero accident.
• Disciplinary action against non-compliance of safety norms.
• Warehouse safety inspection.
• Developing safety inspection checklist and work permit system.
• Conducting monthly safety audit of all Contractors & its sub contractors.
• Emergency Planning and control system (ERP).
• Ensuring safe working at site including while working at Height/ Excavation, confined space, hot work, chemical safety, material load & lifting, electrical and road safety, etc.
• Maintain all records related to safety, safety non-compliance memo & compliance reports as require by ISO & Disney.
• Monthly safety inspection fire extinguisher and date monitoring.
• Process Safety.
• Transportation safety inspection, warehouse safety inspection.
• first aid box and first aid room maintain.
• To advise and assist the management in the fulfilment of its obligation.

BUILDS, MAINTAINS & ENHANCES THE MANAGEMENT INFRASTRUCTURE -

• Fire alarm system daily basis inspection and monitoring and provide cleaning, maintenance.
• Fire extinguisher and fire hydrant system.
• Contractor Departmental safety meeting.
• Safety awareness programs conducting.
• Safety meetings.
• Need to maintain safety in organization.

DEVELOPS & GROWS PEOPLE -

• Conducting safety induction training for new workmen.
• Emergency mock drill conduction.
• Conducting mass meeting for safety awareness among the workers.
• Safety training, fire fighting training, emergency response training, 6S and KYT.
