2. Facilitate Project Head to ensure implementation of BOCW Act & Rules and other OHS legal requirements.
3. Prepare a monthly safety activity planner based on on-site activities and ensure all activities are conducted accordingly.
... 4. Ensure compliance & and maintain legal register and conduct scheduled inspections through the safety first portal and monitor the compliance.
5. Facilitate project team to ensure implementation of contract safety rules and regulations as per Contract Documents.
6. Review MIS data received from PMC and contractor and share it with HO on or before 2nd of every month.
7. Ensure Work Permit-SOP is implemented strictly and all concerned personnel are appropriately trained to follow the permit system.
8. Facilitate project team and implement IMS (Integrated Management System) Covering ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 requirements as per the standard.
9. Facilitate and train PMC and contractor team to implement and use company documentation and maintain records at site.
10. Organize and conduct safety kick-off meetings for all new Contractor(s) along with HO safety to educate contractors on on-site safety & and contractual requirements.
11. Ensure qualified and experienced safety resource(s) as prescribed in the Contract are deployed by contractors.
