Job Summary
We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Safety & Health Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, updating, and managing Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for various products in compliance with regulatory standards. You will work closely with internal teams and regulatory bodies to ensure all safety and compliance documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
Key Responsibilities:
• MSDS Preparation and Maintenance
• Develop and maintain accurate and compliant MSDSs for all products.
• Ensure MSDSs are aligned with local and international regulatory requirements, including GHS, OSHA, REACH, and CLP standards.
• Regularly update MSDSs to reflect changes in product composition, regulations, or classification.
• Regulatory Compliance
• Stay updated on global regulatory requirements for chemical safety and product classification.
• Ensure compliance with applicable safety regulations for the storage, transportation, and usage of materials.
• Conduct hazard classification and labelling of chemicals as per GHS standards.
• Technical Support
• Provide technical guidance to internal teams and clients regarding product safety and regulatory compliance.
• Respond to queries related to MSDSs from customers, vendors, and regulatory authorities.
• Collaborate with R&D, production, and quality teams to gather product data for MSDS preparation.
• Documentation and Reporting
• Maintain a central repository for all MSDSs and associated documents.
• Prepare periodic reports on MSDS updates and regulatory changes.
• Ensure proper documentation of chemical risk assessments and safety measures.
• Training and Awareness
• Conduct training sessions on chemical safety and MSDS usage for employees and stakeholders.
• Promote awareness of chemical safety protocols and regulatory compliance within the organization.
Key Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in preparing and managing MSDSs.
• Strong knowledge of global regulatory standards (e.g., GHS, OSHA, REACH, CLP).
• Proficiency in using MSDS authoring tools and software.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to interpret chemical and technical data accurately.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
