The Programme Executive xe2x80x93 Performing Arts will oversee music and dance programming at Serendipity Arts Foundation, including lead-up events, workshops, and festival performances. Acting as the primary liaison between the Foundation and curators, they will manage project execution, logistics, and production coordination. Additionally, they will support marketing and fundraising efforts to promote and secure resources for performances. A passion for the performing arts (particularly dance and music) and strong project management skills are essential to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality artistic experiences.About Serendipity Arts Foundation:is an organisation that facilitates pluralistic cultural expressions, sparking conversations around the arts across the South Asian region. Salary band for this role is available upon request.RequirementsEssential Qualifications:Bachelorxe2x80x99s or Masterxe2x80x99s degree in Performing Arts, Arts Management, Cultural Studies, Event Management, or a related field.Degrees in Music, Dance, Theatre, or interdisciplinary arts programmes would be advantageous, especially for candidates with a background in performance curation.Equivalent professional experience in programming, production, or arts administration may also be considered in lieu of formal education.Essential Experience:3-6 years work experience in the arts is preferable, but not compulsory.Proficiency with software such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, AutoCAD, SketchUp would be an advantage.Knowledge of technical and production aspects of art-related project(s) would be an advantageStrong communication and writing skills, specifically in English.Excellent skills in Microsoft Office.Key Personal Attributes & Skills:Creative individual with drive, good analytical skills and the ability to take initiativeWilling to work with flexible working hours as and when required.Values of adaptability and sincerity are criticalStrong attention to detail and good observation skillsTrack record of conceptualising and executing events aligned with strategic goalsInnovative thinker capable of developing fresh ideas for cultural initiatives.Proficiency in logistics, budgeting, and vendor management to ensure program successExperience collaborating with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.Ability to work effectively, both independently and as part of a teamAbility to produce clear, coherent creative briefs and project reportsAbility to organise a daily workload by priorities and work within tight deadlinesA proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skillsAbility to create project management structures, systems, and processes and follow through both personally and with team members
