Sales Executive (On-Site, Graveyard Shift)
:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate is a results-driven professional with a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. This is a full-time, on-site role, and candidates must be available to work the graveyard shift to cater to the North American market. A cab service directly to your home will be provided for convenience and safety.
This position offers a competitive base salary plus performance-based incentives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prospecting and Lead Generation: Possible to Identify and qualify potential customers through research, networking, and cold calling.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
• Sales Process Management: Utilize Salesforce CRM to track and manage sales activities, maintain accurate records, and monitor progress toward sales targets.
• Follow-Up and Closing: Demonstrate expertise in follow-up techniques to move prospects through the sales pipeline and close deals effectively.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, customer service, and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and maximize sales opportunities.
• Market Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to provide insights and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports to the management team, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
• Experience: Proven track record of success in sales or business development.
• CRM Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM is required.
• Sales Skills: Expertise in following up, negotiation, and closing deals.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to cater to a North American audience.
• Adaptability: Ability to handle objections and challenges with a solutions-oriented mindset.
• On-Site Requirement: Must be available to work on-site at our office every day.

• Team Player: Collaborative attitude with a willingness to share knowledge and contribute to team success.
• Education: Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
