Qualification \xe2\x80\x93 Bachelor degree in Marketing, Engineering, Business or related fields.
We are looking for B2B SaaS Onboarding Executive in the region of Kolkata and Pune
for our flagship product MetalCloud. The role requires complete ownership of the
customer\'s success during the SaaS onboarding process. This would start from
handover from sales, training, monitoring and troubleshooting.
\xe2\x97\x8f Post Sales: Lead and manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new
clients, ensuring they are set up for success from day one.
\xe2\x97\x8f Training: Conduct comprehensive training sessions for clients, helping them
understand and utilize the full potential of metalCloud.
\xe2\x97\x8f Client Support: Provide ongoing support to clients during the onboarding
phase, addressing any questions or issues that arise.
\xe2\x97\x8f Feedback Loop: Collect and analyse client feedback to continuously improve
the onboarding process and product features.
\xe2\x97\x8f Collaboration: Work closely with sales, customer success, and product teams

the success and efficiency of the onboarding process.
\xe2\x97\x8f Patient with customers and have incessant follow up skills.Desired Attributes:
\xe2\x97\x8f Even tempered attitude to manage aggressive customers
\xe2\x97\x8f Must be fluent in English, Hindi and able to communicate product
information during customer onboarding.
\xe2\x97\x8f Should be fluent in local language and be able to communicate technical
product information to customers.
\xe2\x97\x8f Must have extensive experience with handling customer support issues
around a technical product.
\xe2\x97\x8f Must have had extensive experience in training customers and/or internal
stakeholders on product features.
\xe2\x97\x8f Excellent communication and negotiation skills for effective interaction with
customers, external stakeholders, and internal teams.Compensation & Benefits
