Introduction to Role:
Are you ready to redefine the Global template for AstraZeneca? As an S/4HANA IT Product Expert, you will be a key player in our SAP S/4HANA IT design team, shaping the IT and data solution that supports our global standardised business process. You will be specifically aligned to our Sales order to Cash (SOTC) and Global Logistics Function (GLF) processes, ensuring integration between business process definition, SAP solution definition and SAP data objects definition. You will also play a crucial role in the deployment phase, ensuring that the localisation requirements of individual countries are properly represented in the solution. Accountabilities:
As an S/4HANA IT Product Expert, you will be responsible for the design of the IT solution that underpins the global standard process design for your capability. You will support the business teams in the process design to ensure alignment with SAP standard functionality and work with other members of S/4HANA solution design team to ensure that the wider S/4HANA solution is effectively and robustly integrated across all SET areas. You will also ensure latest industry and SAP functionalities are proactively considered within your capability and the wider program.

Essential Skills/Experience:
- S/4HANA implementations for complex global organisations from design to completion
- Experience of Pharmaceutical supply chain business activities and the required business outcomes within the relevant capability area
- Knowledge of SAP technologies and functionalities
- Good stakeholder management and communication skills with Business and IT areas
- Strong team player able to work across the program team and communicate in business and IT terms
- Comfortable with ambiguity and possessing an agile and open mindset.
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritise effectively to ensure project goals are achieved.
- Strong skills in business operations, communications, customer and partner engagement, and internal stakeholder management
- Confident to challenge the status quo and facilitate different perspectives to drive solutions
- Able to manage large work efforts and meet challenging deadlines
- Demonstrated personal credibility and positive energy
- Able to think out of the box, thrive in ambiguous and stressful situations
- Innovative capabilities, agile mindset requiring strategic thinking and foresight
- Knowledge of the SAP application roadmap as it is relevant to your line of business and the ability to translate that roadmap into the AZ strategic view
- Demonstrated knowledge of SAP S/4HANA configuration requirements in your capability area
- Good presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross functional audiences
- Knowledge of standard project tools like JIRA, Smartsheets and Solman
- Comfortable diving into the technical details and rolling up sleeves to nimbly solve problems and manage issues with urgency.

Desirable Skills/Experience:
- Certification in SAP S/4HANA \xe2\x80\x93 Sales & Distribution or willingness to complete such certification
- A track record of delivering SAP configuration designs for SD modules
- Worked in a hybrid environment with a mix of internal and external resources in multiple geographical locations
- Knowledge of non-SAP technologies in the relevant line of business eg Order entry Portals, HighRadius Cash & Collection tools, Project44 (logistics tracking)
