Land S/4HANA target state business data standards by providing data subject matter expertise into the global process design cycle, ensuring process designs align with S/4HANA data best practice concepts and process data requirements are collected and consolidated into robust data documentations.
Define data designs for selected data objects and attributes in the ODTC space for the Global Template
Work with the Process design team and Process Owners to ensure harmonized and optimized Data and process design. Provide solution option, when needed, that ensures optimized Data design
Gather localisation requirements and incorporate the necessary design change in the Global data design
Define business rules for migration Relevancy rules and Harmonization rules for existing Data
Collection of localisation data where relevant
Define data standards and Data Governance processes for the listed OD2C Data Objects
Deliver required documentation for all the above mentioned aspects
Represent Analytics team in process workshops and support the discussion, collection and design of relevant ODTC Analytics capabilities, while ensuring the underlying data standards are covering analytic specifics requirements.Professional with significant experience(7 to 15 Years ideally depending on the quality of experience) and subject matter expertise implementing SAP Order & Distribution to Cash (O&DTC) processes with FI integration (AR- Account Receivables) and related data concepts including credit management, pricing/rebate, account receivables process. Preferably S/4 HANA experience.
Demonstrable knowledge of how business data requirements support process execution and analytics, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to business users.Experience with SAP GTS and / Or SAP TM is a plus

Experience in measuring, managing and improving Data Quality.
In depth knowledge of relevant key business processes.
Demonstrated ability to lead in a diverse, global team, within and across functions. Experience with global working and across cultures.Experience of designing and implementing Data Standards in relevant O&DTC space for a global enterprise with significant geographical and functional footprint.
Demonstrable SAP solutioning in OD2C space along with AR integration and Credit Management
Experience of Business/IT partnering for the implementation of Data Governance-related solutions.
Demonstrate strong communication skills with the ability to influence others to achieve objectives
Proven track record of delivery and ability to effectively prioritise to ensure goals and outcomes are achieved. S/4 EPOs, Global Business Leaders, Data and Analytics teams and other relevant roles within the S/4 Programme team.
