About the role You will lead and inspire a group of supply chain associates to drive supply chain business process standardization and improvements, and deliver tangible business value for supply chain You will be responsible to build Organizational Capability and Capacity to complement the growth and high performance expectations. Develop and enhance continuous process improvement culture and drive the organization towards CoE. Own Attracting, Hiring, Engaging, Developing and Retention of diverse talent Primary Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership around initiatives focused on the sustained improvement of supply chain business processes
  • Deliver tangible business results by standardizing and improvisation of supply chain processes
  • Drive the creation of breakthrough insights into business processes which unify and align strategy and operating plans resulting in enhanced value from supply chain
  • Overall quality of deliverables and success of supply chain process standardization, maturity and improvement
  • Collaboration internally and externally to provide the best support for the client
  • Identify leading industry trends, collaborate internally to identify supply chain needs/ gaps and build transformation strategy
  • Focused on driving improvements in supply chain operating costs and service levels through more effective business processes, elimination of non-value added or duplicate efforts, waste and other related defects in the business process
  • Leverage analytics, emerging technology, processes and policy changes to maximize the capabilities and to enhance business value and ROI
  • Build platforms and avenues for best practice sharing internally across verticals
  • Serve as a Lean coach to supply chain leaders, helping to drive enterprise wide sustained improvements via strategy deployment and alignment to continuous improvement plans
  • Inspire and lead a team of process improvement associates that will be focused on the sustained improvement of business processes
  • Coach/consult supply chain leadership and guide associates with project selection and scope, assuring linkage between projects and business priorities while demonstrating clear link to business outcomes
Required Qualifications
  • Post Graduate
  • 12 - 14 years of experience with 5 - 7 years in supply chain process improvement role
  • Extensive experience of applying lean six sigma methodologies to drive process improvements
  • Enterprise-wide deployment leadership experience
  • Experience with Lean Six Sigma implementation and facilitation in roles of increasing leadership responsibility
  • Track record of successful cross functional/ project management and deployment leadership experience
  • Knowledge of current industry trends in area of focus
  • Strong people management skills and Leadership skills
  • Team management skills, should have lead process im
  • Results based leadership style with strong impact and influencing skills
  • Tenacity and energy in leading change towards an effective work environment
  • Strong analytical skills and process focus
  • Ability to communicate effectively to direct and motivate team and others, maintaining a persuasive and credible presentation style at all levels of the organization
