If so, this Health Outcomes Manager role could be an exciting opportunity to explore.As a Health Outcomes Manager, you will be responsible for supporting effective and compliant day to day usage of the Health Outcomes Validation System. The system enables tracking and management of key GSK activities run by Value Evidence & Outcomes (VEO) and other groups that contribute Health Outcomes evidence for reimbursement of our new drugs.This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following:

• Promote the effective operational usage and data integrity of Health Outcomes validation system and associated processes.

• Drive the capture and maintenance of critical business data and documentation with the health outcomes validation system by Value Evidence & Outcome organization (VEO) and other Health Outcome users globally.

• Assess and triage ad-hoc requests and issues raised through VEOs request logging system and ensure follow through and completion of task and response to customer.

• Provide procedural guidance and support validation system for Local Operating Country (LOC) engagement activities.

• Address data gaps and verify for compliance and other critical policy in-scope activities that documentation posted is correct and sufficient.

• Set up system access and ensure training requests are properly completed.

• Change activity ownership and ensure ownership change requests are properly completed/logged.

• Run the Value Evidence & Outcomes monthly checking process for new/updated activities.

• Follow up on invoicing queries, update needs/reports, and address apparent disconnects between activity status-milestones-budgets.

• Help with testing and site maintenance of Health Outcomes validation system, including participation in systems & data strategy discussions.

• Effective interpersonal skills and ability to work in a global team
