Job Summary:

The Russian Language Trainer is responsible for teaching Russian language skills to students of various ages and proficiency levels. The trainer will develop lesson plans, deliver engaging and interactive classes, and assess student progress. The goal is to help students achieve their language learning objectives in an effective and enjoyable manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Curriculum Development:
• Design and develop comprehensive Russian language curriculum tailored to different proficiency levels.
• Prepare lesson plans and teaching materials that align with educational standards and student needs.
• Incorporate cultural aspects into language instruction to provide a holistic learning experience.
• Teaching:
• Conduct Russian language classes, both online and in-person, for individuals or groups.
• Use a variety of teaching methods and techniques to accommodate different learning styles.
• Encourage active student participation through interactive activities and discussions.
• Assessment and Evaluation:
• Assess student language proficiency through regular quizzes, tests, and assignments.
• Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their language skills.
• Track and report on student progress and adjust teaching methods as needed.
• Student Support:
• Offer additional support and tutoring sessions for students who need extra help.
• Create a positive and motivating learning environment.
• Address student inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Professional Development:
• Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies, tools, and technologies.
• Attend workshops, seminars, and conferences to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with other language trainers and educational staff to share best practices.
• Administrative Duties:
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and progress.
• Prepare and submit periodic reports to the Language Program Manager.
• Assist with the organization of language-related events and activities.

Qualifications:

• Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Russian Language, Education, Linguistics, or a related field or teaching certification or relevant teaching qualifications preferred.

Please note :

You must have prior experience in teaching Russian.

Experience with online teaching platforms and tools is an advantage.
