Key Responsibilities :- Manage a team of Assistant Relationship Officers (Telesales) and achieve sales targets assigned to the team- Motivate, train & lead the team towards successful outcomes- Increase lead conversions from all team members- Managing & monitoring client portfolios and advising them on a regular basis- Maintaining overall spread of business in order to deliver highest lead to disbursal conversion- Ensure no losses or error occurred while assisting customer- Work towards ensuring zero cases of mis-selling/fraud in the processes- Responding in a timely and effective manner to all internal communication.
