We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented individual to support our team by handling document collection and delivery to the registration office, as well as assisting with various registration-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collect required documents from the office and deliver them to the registration office promptly.
• Assist with the preparation and submission of registration paperwork.
• Ensure all documents are complete, organized, and accurately submitted.
• Coordinate effectively with team members to facilitate smooth registration processing.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive documents.
Qualifications:
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Basic understanding of office procedures and documentation.
• Clear and effective communication skills.
Preferred Experience:
• Prior experience in office administration or similar roles.
• Familiarity with registration processes is a plus.
