We are seeking a skilled and motivated Ruby on Rails Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in developing web applications using Ruby on Rails and possess a strong understanding of MySQL or Cassandra databases. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining our web applications, ensuring performance, responsiveness, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, test, and maintain robust, scalable, high-quality software for our web applications using Ruby on Rails.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

- Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance.

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

- Integrate data storage solutions, primarily using MySQL or Cassandra.

- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with the team.

- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Requirements:

- 1-2 years of experience in Ruby on Rails development.

- Proficiency in MySQL or Cassandra databases.

- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming.

- Experience with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with other database systems.

- Knowledge of web development best practices and design patterns.

- Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.

- Previous experience in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
