• Testing and Quality Control:
• Perform laboratory testing to evaluate the properties of rubber materials (e.g., tensile strength, hardness, elongation, aging,rheometer).
• Ensure that materials conform to industry certifications (e.g., ISO, ASTM) and client requirements.
• Oversee quality control processes during production to maintain consistent product quality.
• Production Support:
• Collaborate with the production team to provide technical assistance during manufacturing.
• Troubleshoot material-related production issues and suggest improvements.
• Optimize curing processes, mixing methods, and other manufacturing steps for better efficiency and reduced waste.
• Innovation and Problem-Solving:
