JOB DESCRIPTION : * Education : Degree or Diploma Holder in Rubber Technology * Experience : 1-2 Years in Manufacturing Industry where Rubber is the primary raw material and Rubber Compounding is a primary process. * Work Profile : Job involves working with various types of Rubber, Rubber Chemicals, Rubber Compounding, Compound Properties, Rubber Compound Testing. Candidate is expected to be knowledgeable about the various properties of Rubber Compounds and the chemicals and mixing PHR that lead to the desired properties. Candidate must be able to make logical conclusions by comparing related Compound recipes and their properties. Candidate will also need to be conversant with various Rubber Mixing Processes and Operation of various machinery such as Banbury, InterMix, two-roll Mixing Mill. Knowledge of Rubber Compounding processes and other best practices in the industry will be needed to facilitate production. Candidate must be Team Player and must display leadership capabilities to manage a team of workers. Candidate will be involved in the entire range of activities starting from Raw Material Inventory Management, Production Planning, Batch Weighing, Master Batch Production, Curative Blending and Solution Preparation. Skill Set Required : Rubber Compounding, Rubber Chemicals, Compound Properties, Compound Testing, Production Management, Operation of Mixing Machines.
