Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an RTR Intern (Record to Report) at CREDEB Advisors LLP located in Okhla. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the Record to Report process, including obtaining purchase orders, generating invoices, and assisting in payment collections.
Key Responsibilities:
Purchase Order Management:
• Assist in obtaining purchase orders from clients.
• Help maintain organized records of all purchase orders.
• Support the team in ensuring timely processing and documentation of POs.
Invoice Generation:
• Aid in preparing and issuing invoices according to client agreements.
• Verify billing details for accuracy and assist in resolving any discrepancies.
• Track invoice status and assist in follow-ups.
Payment Collection:
• Assist in monitoring accounts receivable and identifying overdue accounts.
• Help with follow-up communications to clients regarding outstanding payments.
• Support the finance team in resolving payment-related inquiries.
Reporting and Documentation:
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and communications.
• Assist in preparing reports on accounts receivable status for management.
• Support the team during audits and month-end closing processes.
Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills and a willingness to learn.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
• Previous experience in finance or accounting is a plus, but not required.
