Project In-Charge overseeing the High Security Registration Plate (HSRP) operations at Fitment Centers and Embossing Stations include:
1. Operational Efficiency:
a) Ensure smooth operations at Fitment Centers and Embossing Stations.
b) Monitor and optimize workflow to enhance efficiency.
c) Implement measures to reduce turnaround time for HSRP issuance.
2. Quality Assurance:
a) Ensure adherence to quality standards in the fitment and embossing processes.
b) Implement quality control measures to minimize errors in plate embossing and fitment.
c) Conduct periodic quality audits to maintain high standards.
3. Compliance and Regulatory Requirements:
a) Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and standards related to HSRP issuance.
b) Keep abreast of any changes in regulations and update operational processes accordingly.
c) Ensure all HSRPs issued meet legal requirements and standards.
4. Customer Satisfaction:
a) Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction levels.
b) Implement measures to enhance customer experience during the fitment and embossing processes.
c) Address any customer grievances promptly and effectively.
5. Team Management:
a) Supervise and coordinate the activities of the fitment and embossing teams.
b) Provide training and guidance to team members to ensure proficiency in their roles.

6. Inventory Management:
a) Manage inventory of HSRP materials and equipment at Fitment Centers and Embossing Stations.

a) Implement safety protocols to ensure the well-being of employees and customers.
