POSITION NO. 1POSITION:Regional Sales Manager - 3 nos reporting to the COO.LOCATION(S):Pune, Chennai, BangalorePRODUCT TO BE SOLD:Advanced Laser Cutting & Welding Machines (3Axis, 5 Axis, Robotic etc)EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:5-7 years in large value sales, preferably in Industrial productsREMUNERATION:Negotiable+ incentives, travel and other reimbursements)EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:Business Management Degree / Diploma. Preferably with an Engineering / Technical background.RESPONSIBILITIES:Front-end, direct sales, including Identifying, Prospecting, Qualifying, and Closing deals and collecting payments - in their respective regions. Work involves travel within the respective territory. Candidates should have their own vehicles for local travel (expenses will be reimbursed).SKILLS REQUIRED:Selling, Negotiation, Communication, Presentation, Persuasion, Objectiveness, Problem Solving. The understanding of the laser cutting industry and of the manufacturing industry in general, will be an advantage.LANGUAGES KNOWN:English, Hindi and the local language(s)
