Job Title- Regional Sales Manager (Rural Areas) Understanding and developing a strong Hub & Spoke model to drive strong rural market execution excellence & improve market share. Design, recommend and implement innovative Trade Marketing activities through identification of trade channels and segments. Expertise in handling the remote rural areas with prior experience of distribution infrastructure/ set-up in the region. Enhance retail / channel/ trade effectiveness To improved relative Market Share in weak patches in Territory by improving distribution depth by better service frequency to customers, distribution efficiency by mapping non buyers with higher industry contribution. To develop new business plan in order to increase volume sales; Growth mapping and Opportunity tapping. To motivate, train & develop front line sales officer for the achievement of targets & work towards their all-round development. Desired Profile: Should be Graduate or Post Graduate with 7 to 13 yrs work experience. Pharma with Rural Market experience is a must. Requirements:
