• Manage Business for the allocated Region
• Establishing sales objectives by creating a sales plan
• Develop sales strategies to improve market share in all product lines and identify new business development opportunities
• Driving the ASM & RM to achieve their targets
• Help Maintains and expands customer base by building and maintaining rapport with key customers, and identifying new customer opportunities
• Monitoring Business activities that are in tandem to the Credit Policy of the Company.
• Manage client relationship through all phases of the sales cycle
• Meeting budgeted revenue and income numbers
• Work closely with Product team to improve the products
• Hire , Train , Nurture and Motivate Team Members
Qualifications:
Graduate

12-14 Years
