We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Haridwar and manage Jammu, Himachal Pradesh, Uttara Khand, Punjab, Haryana.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership:
• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve regional sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to senior management.
Client Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with PSU and corporate clients.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region.
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, including handling tenders and contracts.
Dealer Development:
• Develop and expand the dealer network to enhance product reach and sales.
• Train and support dealers to ensure they are well-equipped to promote and sell our products.
• Monitor dealer performance and provide feedback and guidance for improvement.
Market Analysis:
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Use market insights to adjust sales strategies and improve market positioning.
Team Management:
• Recruit, train, and mentor the sales team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
• Set performance goals and conduct regular evaluations to assess team members' progress.
• Foster a collaborative and motivated team environment.
Qualifications and Experience:
Education: MBA or B.Tech preferred.
Experience:
• 10-15 years of experience in sales, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial position.
• Proven track record of managing a sales team and achieving targets.
• Experience in handling PSU and corporate clients and managing tenders is essential.
Skills:
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
• Proficiency in market analysis and business development.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ?2,000,000.00 per year
