CTC: Best in industry -\xef\x82\xb7 Shall be responsibile for handling Home Loan.
\xef\x82\xb7 Shall be responsible in developing & leading a team of SMs .
\xef\x82\xb7 Shall be responsible for building & managing the Affordable Home Loans portfolio of the location.
\xef\x82\xb7 Must have experience of sourcing business from Builders , DSA , Connectors.
\xef\x82\xb7 Must have exposure to handling large teams.
\xef\x82\xb7 Should drive new Initiatives to build the book
\xef\x82\xb7 Taking care of Teams Productivity and business.
\xef\x82\xb7 Achieving the Area targets.
\xef\x82\xb7 Manage both internal & external channel for business expansion & development
\xef\x82\xb7 Understanding the intricacies of various cases and filtering them so that only appropriate cases are put up for approval.Thanks & Regards,
