\xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to work as a team member to contribute to various phases of Archer implementation and managed services projects. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to work effectively, share responsibility, provide support, maintain communication, update senior team members on progress. \xe2\x80\xa2 Help prepare replies to RFP, create POCs that will be demonstrated to clients and other parties \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel. \xe2\x80\xa2 Review, plan and monitor the project deliverables from the team. \xe2\x80\xa2 Act as an interface with the client/onsite representatives as and when needed \xe2\x80\xa2 Demonstrate flexibility to travel to the customer locations on need basis \xe2\x80\xa2 Understand, analyse the requirements, allocate tasks, and update status reports \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare project documentation and procedures \xe2\x80\xa2 Understanding and adherence of software development life cycle & defect life cycle \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in development / testing of complex modules \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure on-time delivery of allocated tasks \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensuring adherence to quality processes specified for the project.
\xe2\x80\xa2 9+ years of Archer implementation/Archer managed services and advisory experience in GRC Domain. \xe2\x80\xa2 Should have completed at least 2 end to end implementations for Archer GRC \xe2\x80\xa2 Hands-on experience in configuring on-demand applications and all configurable items including Fields, Data Driven Events, Notifications, Access Roles, Workspace, Dashboard, iViews \xe2\x80\xa2 Hands-on experience on Questionnaire, Custom Object, Campaigns, Reports, Mail Merge \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in integrating Archer with 3rd Party applications using Data Feeds / API\xe2\x80\x99s/ Data Publication \xe2\x80\xa2 Should have knowledge about Archer OOB Use cases \xe2\x80\xa2 Basic understanding of GRC domain including Information Security and Risk Management \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of Archer Installation and server maintenance of single host/multi host environments Hands-on troubleshooting experience on Archer Control Panel \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience of designing on-demand solutions in Archer to meet specific client requirements.
\xe2\x80\xa2 B.E/B.Tech (Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunications, Comp. Science) \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of Archer API\xe2\x80\x99s, SQL, and basics of .net/c# programming \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of BCMS, Risk Management and other process audit programs would be preferable. \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of RPA, data analytics, reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI) etc. will be an added advantage. Certifications (desirable) \xe2\x80\xa2 Archer 5.x/6.x Certified Security Professional \xe2\x80\xa2 Information Security or Risk Management certifications would be add-ons.
