? 3+ years in Voice/Customer Service position ? Excellent verbal & written communication skills ? Should be proficient in dealing with US customers and clients ? Strong literary comprehension capability ? Applicant should be flexible with rotational shifts working in US time zones ? Good interpersonal skills ? Attention to detail and problem solving ? Demonstrates behavior that promotes the values of the organization ##LI-DNI ? Responsible for handling customer queries relating to Plan/Participant ? Maintain professionalism and etiquette while on calls ? Follow-up on queries and provide timely resolution ? Maintain quality and productivity benchmarks ? Avoid unplanned absenteeism ? Fulfill requests by completing transactions and forwarding requests ? Ownership & Accountability on open cases that you are working with clients ? Identify opportunities to retain clients longer and maintain positive OSAT scores ? Maintain Quality and Productivity benchmarks ? Avoid unplanned absenteeism ? Adhere to schedules set by WFM ? Login beyond scheduled hours to support business during peak volume days/months ?
