RPO Recruiter

Noida, Sector 16 (On-site)

Experience Required :

6 months to 3 years of relevant experience in Recruitment Process Outsourcing only.

Roles and Responsibilities :

End-to-End Recruitment :

• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Work closely with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements and ensure the delivery of suitable candidates.

Sourcing and Talent Acquisition :

• Utilize job portals, social media, databases, and networking to source top talent.
• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Client Interaction :

• Liaise with clients to provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
• Ensure a clear understanding of client needs and maintain strong professional relationships.

Screening and Selection :

• Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidate suitability based on job descriptions.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with clients and manage feedback loops.

Reporting and Documentation :

• Maintain accurate records of candidates, interview processes, and recruitment metrics.
• Generate weekly/monthly reports for internal and client review.

Market Research and Strategy :

• Stay updated on market trends and salary benchmarks to advise clients effectively.
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract the best talent.

Key Skills Required :

• Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition , preferably in the RPO domain.
• Proficiency in using job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster) and ATS systems.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.

Educational Qualification :

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
