Job Description

Responsibilities :Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of complex RPA solutions across various business functions.

• Conduct thorough process analysis to identify automation opportunities, define requirements, and develop technical specifications.
• 5 + years of experience in developing and deploying the RPA solutions and should have good knowledge on any programming knowledge.
• Develop and maintain robust, efficient, and scalable RPA solutions using industry-leading RPA tools and platforms.
• Ensure adherence to best practices and security protocols throughout the RPA development lifecycle.
• Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, technical teams, and other internal departments.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate deployed solutions to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and maintainability.
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in RPA technology and best practices.
• Generate ideas and implement it to enhance the RPA life-cycle velocity or to improve the efficiency of business processes.
• Assist managers during Proposals and preparing SoWs on-demand basis, whenever required.
• Must be certified on basic and Advance level Certification on any of the RPA tool - Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, UiPath or Blue Prism
