We provide our team members with the training and solutions to grow across various technologies and processes.Job Role:Wexe2x80x99re seeking a talented Generative AI & RPA Engineer that has experience both with implementing different API integrations and developing Generative AI & RPA systems through prompt engineering. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working on a wide range of projects such as new AI applications, 3rd party system integrations, and backend enhancements. For this role, experience working with different technologies such as .NET (C#), SQL Server, and Java is a huge plus.What You Can Expect From Us:

Principal Responsibilities and Duties:

• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Participate in peer reviews with your team members.
• Debug code.
• Take ownership not only for individual deadlines and product releases, but also for those of your teammates. This team truly operates as one unit.
• Develop RPA systems.
• Create new and enhance existing services, as well as integrations using .NET (C#), Java, Delphi, SQL Server, Angular, and other technologies.
• Develop and fine-tune prompts for known large language models (LLMs) to enhance AI model performance using techniques like Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Integrate third-party and internal custom solutions into our portfolio of software products.
• Monitor and maintain API services in production environments.
• Learn new technologies and continuously try new AI tools to better yourself and the team.

You Are a Good Fit for This Job If You:

• Possess excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation.
• 2+ years of total experience, with experience as a developer or prompt engineer or RPA developer.
• 2+ years of experience developing API Integrations.
• 2+ Years of experience with generative AI prompt engineering using technologies like GPT-4o, Claude 3.5 Sonnet, and Gemini.
• 2+ Years of experience with .NET (C#), Java, and SQL Server (or a combination of these technologies).
• Startup experience is a plus.
• Having Delphi or Angular (JavaScript) experience is a plus.
• Hold a Bachelorxe2x80x99s or Masterxe2x80x99s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or have the equivalent in relevant work experience.
