ROLE SUMMARY The UIPath RPA principal developer is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions using the UIPath platform. They will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into efficient and effective automation processes. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop automation workflows, solutions, and reusable components using UIPath.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical expertise in implementing automation.
• Evaluate and analyze existing business processes to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
• Conduct code reviews and provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
• Ensure that automation solutions are scalable, maintainable, and adhere to best practices and industry standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in automation processes and provide support to business users.
• Stay current with industry trends and technologies related to RPA and automation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in software development, including at least 7 years of experience with RPA tools, preferably UIPath.
• Strong knowledge of RPA and automation concepts, best practices, and industry standards.
• Excellent programming skills in languages such as C#, .NET, Java, or Python.
• Experience with SQL and database management.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a team environment.
• Certifications in UIPath RPA development are preferred.
