The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) development, with experience in tools like Blue Prism and UiPath being a significant advantage.Key Responsibilities

• RPA Development: Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using Blue Prism and UiPath to automate business processes.
• Configuration and Scripting: Perform RPA configuration, scripting, and debugging to ensure smooth operation of automated workflows.
• Process Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Testing and Deployment: Conduct unit testing and ensure quality assurance before deployment of automated solutions.
• Maintenance and Support: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing RPA solutions, troubleshooting any issues that arise.
• Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for processes, designs, and technical specifications.

Required Skills

• Technical Skills: Proficient in RPA tools, particularly Blue Prism and UiPath. Familiarity with programming languages such as C#, Java, or Python is a plus.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and optimize automation processes.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to project goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in RPA development and implementation.
• Experience with RPA lifecycle management and project delivery.
