The ideal candidate will have strong experience in designing, developing, testing, debugging, and maintaining RPA solutions using UiPath. You will be responsible for analyzing complex business processes, identifying automation opportunities, and implementing efficient solutions.Key Responsibilities:Design and Development:

• Design, develop, and implement automation processes using UiPath.
• Utilize UiPath Studio and UiPath Orchestrator to their full potential for process automation.

Testing & Debugging:

• Conduct thorough testing of automation workflows to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Debug any issues that arise during testing or production phases.

Maintenance:

• Maintain and support existing RPA solutions, including troubleshooting issues and providing timely resolutions.
• Optimize workflows for improved performance and reliability.

Business Process Analysis:

• Analyze complex business processes and systems to identify automation opportunities.
• Propose automation solutions that align with business goals and objectives.

Technical Expertise:

• Proficiency in C# / VB.NET for developing custom activities within UiPath.
• Skilled in SQL and Python for data manipulation and integration tasks.
• Knowledge of UiPath advanced functionalities and capabilities.

Development Best Practices:

• Follow UiPath RE Framework and adhere to development best practices.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards and maintain proper documentation.

Automation Skills:

• Expertise in web automation and desktop automation using UiPath.
• Experience in data scraping, screen scraping, PDF extraction, Excel automation, and working with Queues.

Specialized Automation:

• Hands-on experience in Citrix automation, SAP automation, and integrating with APIs.
• Familiarity with document understanding and AI/ML concepts is a plus.

Support and Maintenance:

• Resolve issues encountered in day-to-day running of RPA processes promptly.
• Provide support and maintenance activities for deployed robots as required.

Additional Skills:Knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate will be considered an added advantage.Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as an RPA Developer with a minimum of 8-10 years using UiPath.
• Strong understanding of RPA technologies and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
