Job Description

Incident Management Operations Support.


Work on providing RPA (AA) break fix and enhancement requests.


Should understand SDD and PDD and help in updating the documents as and when required.


Open to work on rotational shifts.


Good to have worked on migration activities.


Good to have AA SaaS working knowledge and certification in cloud.


Take lead in perform defect triaging in Production Environments and take point in all critical issues and work on RCA to provide solution.Perform triaging, analysis and resolution for SNOW submitted tickets for non-code fix issues for enterprise RPA


Provide daily updates and resolution of tickets for enterprise Robotic ServiceNow assignment group.


Perform production checkout activities after production releases, infrastructure maintenance, scheduled recycles and fix releases.


Perform issue resolution based on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)


Maintain and create Knowledge Repositories and new SOP s


Interact with RPA delivery team and participate in their release project meetings


Provide updates and resolution on tickets into SNOW.Provide Technical Support for Disaster Recovery Testing and Audits


Vendor Interface or third party interaction RPA Monitoring & Support


Respond to alerts and P1,P2, and P3 incidents


Provide process completion status on a daily, weekly and monthly schedule Status Reporting


Provide daily weekly monthly quarterly Bot Execution Status


Provide daily weekly monthly quarterly report of incidents and known root causes.


Provide daily weekly monthly quarterly report of improvements made by managed services that improve the end customer experience. Provide daily weekly monthly quarterly report of status of operation health and data quality to meet customer needs, including SLA, volume metrics, etc.


Identify Process Optimization opportunities on ongoing basis Knowledge Management


Create and manage Knowledge materials during KT phase and Run and Maintenance Phase


Own and Maintain SOP Documents
