Job Title: Rover Machine Operator (with CAM Software Knowledge)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Rover Machine Operator to run CNC router machines (such as Biesse Rover) used in woodworking or panel processing. The ideal candidate should also have experience with CAM software to create or adjust cutting programs.

Responsibilities:

Set up and operate Rover CNC machines for cutting, drilling, and routing. Read and follow technical drawings or panel layouts. Use CAM software (like BiesseWorks, Alphacam, or similar) to prepare and edit cutting programs. Load materials and tools into the machine. Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards. Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of the machine. Follow all safety procedures and report any issues.

Requirements:

Experience operating Rover or similar CNC router machines. Knowledge of CAM software for CNC programming. Ability to read and understand drawings or cutting lists. Familiarity with woodworking or panel board materials (MDF, plywood, etc.). Good attention to detail and safety practices. Basic troubleshooting and machine handling skills.
