• Individuals have a deep understanding of their own area.

CIsco Routing, Switching and Wireless, Knowledge of Aruba will be a PLUS

• They have a limited understanding of related subject areas.
• They manage critical projects with general direction and may allocate some work to others.

• Creates and shares roadmap and technical support to determine network business needs throughout the company.
• Controls, tests and analyzes the status and performance of all components of network facilities.
• Identifies, diagnoses and resolves problems of moderate scope and complexity. xe2x80xa2 Confers with senior engineers to diagnose and resolve more complex issues. xe2x80xa2 May provide some assistance to less experienced network engineers.
• Assists senior level network engineers to analyze and provide innovative solutions to network engineering and design projects.
• Observes and controls the status and performance of all components of network facilities.

Understands, applies and may adapt fundamental concepts, practices and procedures related to network administration.

• Advanced knowledge of network performance, hardware, software, and related troubleshooting procedures.
• Understands more advanced concepts of network administration.

• Possesses a strong working knowledge of NTT DATA's business needs.

• Ability to recommend network upgrades and improvements to achieve NTT DATA's goals and objectives.
• General understanding of security issues and implications to network solutions
