Position: Rotary Supervisor

Location: Saudi Arabia

Salary: 3500-5000 FIXED

Minimum 3 years experience required

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervision and Leadership: Lead, supervise, and manage a team of rotary equipment operators and technicians, ensuring smooth operations and high productivity.
• Equipment Management: Oversee the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of rotary machinery, including drills, pumps, and other equipment.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure all work is conducted following safety protocols, industry standards, and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of rotary equipment, detect operational issues, and implement corrective measures to improve efficiency.
• Maintenance and Repair: Coordinate routine maintenance, repairs, and necessary upgrades for rotary equipment. Troubleshoot and resolve any mechanical failures.
• Training and Development: Provide training and mentorship to junior operators and technicians to ensure adherence to safe practices and technical proficiency.
• Project Coordination: Plan, organize, and coordinate rotary operations, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance, operational logs, and safety inspections. Report any issues or delays to senior management.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Rotary Supervisor or in a similar leadership role, with expertise in rotary equipment operations.
• Strong knowledge of rotary equipment, maintenance practices, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and operational standards in machinery operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ?100,000.00 per month
