Position: Rotary Foreman

Location: Saudi Arabia

Salary: 3500-5000 FIXED

Free Food, and Accommodation provided by company

Minimum 3 years experience required

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the daily operations of rotary equipment and machinery.
• Lead and coordinate the team to ensure optimal performance and safety on the job site.
• Monitor equipment operations, troubleshoot issues, and perform preventive maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.
• Train and mentor crew members on equipment handling and safety practices.
• Conduct routine inspections and assessments to ensure equipment reliability.
• Assist in planning and scheduling operational activities to meet project deadlines.
• Maintain detailed records of operations, maintenance, and safety checks.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Rotary Foreman or in a similar supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of rotary equipment and maintenance practices.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Good understanding of safety standards and procedures.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read technical manuals and blueprints.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to work in a physically demanding and potentially hazardous environment.
• Willingness to work extended hours or in remote locations if required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ?100,000.00 per month
