Branch Sales Manager (BSM)Job Details:Department: Home Loan & Loan Against Property (LAP)
Vertical: DSA (Direct Sales Agent) and Open Market
Location: NoidaCompensation:RO/RM: Up to 2.9 LPA
BSM: Up to 4 LPAJob Responsibilities:RO & RM:Acquire new clients and maintain relationships.
Assist clients in understanding and selecting home loan and LAP products.
Drive sales through open-market channels.BSM:Manage branch operations and lead the sales team.
Develop and implement strategies to meet branch sales targets.
Foster partnerships with DSAs.Desired Candidate Profile:Education: Minimum Graduate
Experience: Relevant experience in the home loan and LAP sector is preferred.
