Our prestigious 5-star hotel in Puri is seeking a dedicated Room Service cum Housekeeping Attendant (male candidates only) to join our hospitality team. The position requires maintaining the highest standards in room service and housekeeping to ensure an exceptional experience for our guests. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, courteous, and enthusiastic about providing top-quality service.

Key Responsibilities:Room Service Duties:

• Take and deliver food and beverage orders to guest rooms efficiently and professionally
• Set up trays and trolleys with correct items and ensure high presentation standards
• Attend promptly to guest requests, ensuring satisfaction with each interaction
• Retrieve trays and dishware from guest rooms after use and return them to designated areas
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the room service area and equipment

Housekeeping Duties:

• Clean, organize, and sanitize guest rooms, including bed-making, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing room amenities
• Ensure rooms are prepared to the hotel's luxury and comfort standards
• Replace used linens, towels, and amenities per hotel guidelines
• Report any maintenance issues or damages in rooms to management promptly
• Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation protocols to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in housekeeping or room service is preferred but not mandatory
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
• High attention to detail and efficient work habits
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and deliver room service orders
• Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
