: Room Attendant

Position Overview: As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and overall presentation of guest rooms in our establishment. You will play a key role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation to enhance the guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize assigned guest rooms and bathrooms according to established standards and procedures.
• Make beds, change linens, dust furniture and fixtures, vacuum floors, and clean mirrors and windows.
• Restock guest room supplies such as toiletries, tea/coffee sachets, bottled water, towels, and other amenities to ensure they are well-maintained and readily available.
• Ensure all items in guest rooms are neatly arranged and in good condition.
• Empty trash bins and remove waste from guest rooms.
• Report any lost and found items to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
• Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns to the Housekeeping Supervisor promptly.
• Provide friendly and professional service to guests, responding promptly to their requests for additional items or assistance.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and stock of housekeeping carts and equipment.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role preferred.
• Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions for cleaning and sanitation standards.
• Good physical health and stamina to perform cleaning tasks throughout the day.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
