• Clean and prepare guest rooms by making beds, vacuuming carpets, dusting furniture, and cleaning windows.
• Change linens, replace towels, and replenish amenities (e.g., soap, shampoo, toilet paper, etc.).
• Ensure that all furniture, appliances, and fixtures are in good working order.
• Empty trash bins and remove any trash from the rooms and corridors.
• Report any maintenance issues (e.g., broken furniture, lighting problems) to the supervisor or maintenance team.
• Respond to guest requests for additional amenities or items (e.g., extra towels, pillows, toiletries) in a timely and courteous manner.
• Report any guest complaints or concerns to management and take appropriate action when necessary.
• Ensure a high level of customer service by maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor at all times.
• Assist in cleaning and maintaining the hotel's public spaces (e.g., lobbies, hallways, restrooms, elevators).
• Ensure that these areas are regularly checked for cleanliness and safety hazards.
• Monitor stock levels of cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities, and notify the supervisor when supplies are running low.
• Handle all cleaning supplies and equipment in accordance with safety and usage instructions.
• Adhere to health and safety standards, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and materials.
• Follow all COVID-19 and hygiene-related protocols, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation standards are met.
• Complete daily tasks and room cleaning duties within the assigned time frame.
• Work efficiently to meet productivity goals without compromising quality.
• Work closely with the housekeeping team, supervisors, and other departments to ensure a smooth operation.
• Assist with other tasks as needed, including laundry duties or room set-up for special events.
