Room Attendant
Job Description
Job Summary:
- Responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a high standard of quality in the delivery of housekeeping services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning bathrooms.
- Restock linens, towels, and amenities.
- Remove trash and soiled linens.
- Clean and maintain common areas, including hallways, stairways, and public restrooms.
- Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards.
- Interact with guests and respond to their needs.
- Work collaboratively with other housekeeping staff.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion when dealing with guest information.
