Room Cleaning: Clean and sanitize all assigned guest rooms, including bedrooms, bathrooms, and living areas.
Change bed linens and make beds.
Dust and clean all surfaces, furniture, and fixtures.
Vacuum and mop floors.
Replenish guest amenities such as toiletries, towels, and tissues.
Inspection: Inspect rooms for cleanliness and maintenance issues, such as burnt-out light bulbs or malfunctioning appliances.
Report any damage or maintenance needs to the appropriate department.
Guest Interaction: Greet guests in a courteous and friendly manner when encountered in the hallway.
Respond to guest requests for additional amenities or assistance with a positive attitude.
Lost and Found: Report and return any lost items found in guest rooms to the housekeeping department or lost and found.
Privacy and Security: Respect and maintain guest privacy and confidentiality.
Follow established security and safety procedures while working in guest rooms.
