Role:Sr. Engineer/Asst.Manager \xe2\x80\x93 ADTLocation: BangaloreExp-3-10 yearsRohde & Schwarz develops, produces and markets innovative products for test and measurement, broadcast and media, cybersecurity, secure communications and monitoring and network testing areas. Join our subsidiary Rohde & Schwarz India Pvt. Ltd. in Bangalore (India) at the earliest possible date as Sr. Engineer/Asst.Manager \xe2\x80\x93 ADTYour tasks:
\xc4\xb1 Familiar with Aerospace & defence eco system in South India and experience in handling key
accounts, namely DROD Labs, Space-ISRO and prime contractors
\xc4\xb1 Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all product categories offered within specified timelines.
\xc4\xb1 Possess strong RF/Microwave test & measurement knowledge and should be able to
arrange & engage customers independently.\xc4\xb1 Job role required developing and implementing account plans of Strategic customers with actions and timelinessto achieve defined sales objectives.
\xc4\xb1 Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and coordinating with internal & external stakeholders to meet potential buyer\'s requirements with correct & cost-effective solutions.
\xc4\xb1 Ability to engage and build strong relationships with all stake holders
\xc4\xb1 Sound knowledge of Radar/EW and Satellite, MILCOM/Avionicsis highly preferred

  • Other duties or tasks as assigned on an-as needed basis
Your qualifications:
\xc4\xb1 Bachelor / Master in Electronics Engineering & Communications / RF & Microwave or equivalent course of studies from reputed institute/university.
\xc4\xb1 Experience: 3 to 7 years of field sales & business development.
\xc4\xb1 Excellent communication written & oral, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills
\xc4\xb1 Proficiency with sales management software and any CRM tools/ Sales Funnel management.
\xc4\xb1 Open to work in a time bound, result oriented development schedules.
\xc4\xb1 High Personal Integrity & Ownership attitude
\xc4\xb1 Ability to travel and engage customers on regular basis
