School Sales Manager- The job role of School Sales Manager (SSM) at Rocksport is responsible for the school sales and increasing.- Penetration in the schools in he given region. The candidates is expected to visit school, follow up with clients, share proposals to promote Rocksport programs. The job role also involves guiding and mentoring.- To fellow team members.- The School Sales manager is also part of operations to ensure smooth delivery of the programs. This role will provide ample opportunities to travel and be part of the on-ground. operations.1) Achieve personal & branch school sales target2) Develop school sales team to increase penetration in qualified school list3) Increase adoption rate of Rocksport in schools where programs are organized4) Daily meet school heads & owners by visiting on own list or shadow visits of team5) Promote Rocksport through school conferences, associations, professional bodies, etc.6) Work as an adventure instructor on assigned responsibilities for smooth delivery of programs7) Update daily sales efforts in CRM, CDIS and other platforms8) Provide 24 x 7 support to the team and clients9) Maintain and update different types of records and files.10) Comply with all existing and new rules informed from time to timeSkills & Qualifications :1. Minimum 5 yrs experience of school sales (preferable in tour and travel)2. Postgraduate (preferable in Marketing/travel/sports management)3. Good communication & presentation skills in4.
