Job Description

We are seeking passionate and experienced freelance STEM & Robotics Teachers to join our team. As a freelance STEM & Robotics Teacher, you will have the flexibility to work with students remotely or in various locations, providing tailored instruction based on individual needs and goals. You will be responsible for creating lesson plans, guiding students through STEM concepts and robotics projects, and fostering a love for learning in your students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct one-on-one or small group STEM and robotics lessons in person or online.
• Develop customized lesson plans to meet the individual needs and goals of each student.
• Provide instruction in various STEM disciplines, including robotics, coding, engineering, and mathematics.
• Guide students through hands-on projects, experiments, and problem-solving activities.
• Assess student progress and adjust teaching methods and materials as necessary.
• Encourage and motivate students, fostering a positive and productive learning environment.
• Prepare students for STEM competitions, presentations, and exams as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
• Communicate regularly with students and/or parents regarding progress and upcoming lessons.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in STEM subjects and robotics.
• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or Education is preferred.
• Previous teaching experience, preferably in a freelance or per session/hourly capacity.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, adaptability, and a passion for teaching STEM and robotics.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Pay: ?5,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
