Position: STEM EDUCATOR/TRAINER

Responsibilities:
1. STEM Lab Setup : Design and set up a fully functional STEM (Science,
Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) laboratory within the school
premises, ensuring it meets safety standards and is equipped with
necessary tools, equipment, and materials.
2. Curriculum Development : Develop a comprehensive and engaging STEM
curriculum aligned with CBSE standards, incorporating hands-on
activities, experiments, projects, and interdisciplinary learning
approaches to foster critical thinking, problem-solving, and
creativity among students.
3. Instruction : Deliver high-quality instruction in STEM subjects to
students across various grade levels, employing innovative teaching
methodologies, demonstrations, and real-world applications to enhance
understanding and retention of concepts.
4. Teacher Training : Provide professional development sessions and
ongoing support to fellow educators, empowering them with effective
strategies and resources to integrate STEM concepts into their
teaching practices and curriculum delivery.
5. Lab Maintenance: Ensure the proper maintenance, organization,
and cleanliness of the STEM lab, regularly inspecting equipment,
troubleshooting technical issues, and replenishing supplies as needed
to create a conducive learning environment for students.
6. Collaboration : Collaborate with school leadership, subject
teachers, and external stakeholders to promote cross-curricular
integration of STEM education, organize extracurricular activities,
workshops, and competitions, and establish partnerships with industry
experts and institutions to enhance students' exposure to real-world
STEM applications.
7. Assessment and Evaluation : Develop and implement effective
assessment strategies to evaluate students' progress and understanding
of STEM concepts, providing timely feedback and support to facilitate
continuous improvement and academic excellence.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or master's degree in a STEM-related field (e.g.,
science, engineering, mathematics, technology, or education).
teaching certification or relevant experience in K-12 education,
preferably within the CBSE curriculum.
Strong knowledge and passion for STEM education, with demonstrated
expertise in curriculum development, instructional design, and
educational technology integration.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with
the ability to inspire and motivate students and colleagues.
organizational skills and attention to detail to effectively manage
the STEM lab, resources, and instructional materials.
Flexibility, adaptability, and willingness to embrace innovation and
continuous learning in the field of STEM education.
