We are looking for an experienced Roadside Assistance Coordinator to handle maintenance issues, specifically in truck breakdown situations. The role involves tracking breakdowns, coordinating repairs, and ensuring damage prevention on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to service calls and assist drivers by providing services like tire changes, jump starts, lockout assistance, and fuel delivery.Also, Great communication skills in English and Punjabi is a must.
• Track truck breakdowns and coordinate with available repair personnel for timely repairs and damage prevention on-site.
• Ensure immediate action for maintenance needs, minimizing downtime and operational disruptions.
Required Experience:
• Proven experience in a similar role within the transportation or logistics industry.
